2050% AI Visibility Boost for Sewing Machine Retailer
The Situation
Bro Rom is Romania’s leading retailer of sewing machines, serving customers looking for everything from home sewing equipment to more advanced machines, accessories, and specialist guidance.
Despite their strong market position, brand authority, and product expertise, Bro Rom had almost no visibility in AI-driven search at the start of the year. When potential customers asked AI assistants for sewing machine recommendations, buying advice, or trusted retailers in Romania, the brand was rarely being surfaced.
The Mission
Our goal was to help Bro Rom become more visible in the new generation of search — not only on Google, but also across AI assistants and answer engines.
We focused on improving how clearly AI systems could understand Bro Rom’s authority, product offering, topical expertise, and relevance for high-intent sewing machine queries.
AI search visibility was still a new and fast-changing channel. Unlike traditional SEO, success depended on more than rankings alone. Bro Rom needed stronger brand signals, clearer entity associations, better structured content, and pages that could be easily interpreted, trusted, and referenced by AI systems.
Our Approach
We implemented an AI Optimization strategy focused on AEO and GEO principles.
This included improving content structure, clarifying product and category relevance, strengthening brand and entity signals, optimizing key pages for answer-style discovery, and making Bro Rom’s expertise easier for AI systems to understand and reference.
The work was designed to support both traditional search visibility and emerging AI-driven discovery, helping the brand become more present in recommendation-based journeys.
The Outcome
The impact began showing almost immediately.
At the start of the project, Bro Rom was receiving fewer than 10 monthly visits from AI agents. Within just 4 months, that number grew to 215 monthly AI visits.
That represents a major increase in AI-driven visibility and a clear sign that the brand was beginning to appear more often in AI-assisted discovery journeys.
